Special Needs Resource Fair hosted by the South Brunswick Special Education Parent Advisory Group (SB-SEPAG) on Saturday, March 25 at SBHS. This fair offers opportunities to connect with various service providers, agencies, and organizations that provide services and support to children, teens, and young adults with developmental disabilities. 2023-24 SBSD BOE APPROVED CALENDAR
The SBSD Board of Education approved the 2023-24 school year calendar on February 23, 2023. You can access it here. Please try and plan travel around our school calendar to limit absences. Be assured that while we understand the tremendous cognitive and social-emotional benefits of family travel, we also recognize the fact that extended school absences interfere with both Board and school staff efforts to maintain good order and classroom instruction continuity. Delayed Opening and Inclement Weather Procedures Reminder Read to understand procedures and be prepared for a delayed opening or inclement weather day.
SBSD Revised School Closing Calendar We ask that you please try and plan travel around our school calendar to limit absences. Disenrollment & Re-Registering for Extended Absences ~ For a planned absence of 10 or more days, students will be disenrolled on the first day of absence. Please notify your child's teacher and [email protected] as soon as you know your travel plans for your child. Michelle Cima will send you information that includes a link to a form to report the absence. You will then be notified of the steps to follow if you choose to re-register your child to attend Brooks Crossing Elementary School upon your return. NOTE: Re-registering may take a few days after you return and there is no guarantee for the same classroom assignment.
