PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES will be held on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7th this year. Monitor your email for important information to sign up!
- 10/21/22 Instructions will be emailed to families on how to sign up for a conference in Genesis.
- 10/24/22 Genesis will go live for families to access and sign up for a conference.
-11/2/22 Deadline for conferences. Genesis closes and parents will not have access to schedule.
Please note that these conferences will be held in person at our school building, but if you prefer to meet with your child’s teacher virtually on Zoom, you can reach out to the teacher directly to secure a Zoom link.

From the BC Health Center ~Medications and doctors orders must be hand-delivered by parents to the school nurse. Do NOT send in medications with your child.
~ ALL preschoolers must have a flu shot by December 31st to continue attending. Submit proof of vaccination to [email protected]
~ COVID Positive Student Reporting Form - complete this form if your child tests positive
~ SBSD COVID Guidance -Please read to understand the Covid guidelines as of 9/6/22 and parental responsibilities.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
~ Complete and send in the  Parent Note to School / Dismissal Change Formwith your child. Do NOT email dismissal changes as they may not be received in time. Late notifications must be phoned into the main office. If close to dismissal, we may be able to honor late requests. Please have a backup plan for who will receive your child at the bus stop if you are delayed, but always notify the transportation department in writing for persons you give permission to receive your child.
~ Notify SBSD Transportation Department directly with bus concerns & questions. Do NOT email or phone the school with transportation issues. If non-urgent, Email [email protected] For immediate concerns, call (732) 297-7800 ext. 5108.
