IMPORTANT REMINDERS ~
~ Complete and send in the
Parent Note to School / Dismissal Change Form with your child
. Do NOT email dismissal changes as they may not be received in time. Late notifications must be phoned into the main office. If close to dismissal, we may be able to honor late requests. Please have a backup plan for who will receive your child at the bus stop if you are delayed, but always notify the transportation department in writing for persons you give permission to receive your child.

~Medications and doctors orders must be hand-delivered by parents to the school nurse.
Do NOT send in medications with your child.
~ ALL preschoolers must have a flu shot by December 31st to continue attending. Submit proof of vaccination to
